AUB Degree Show and New Designers
I recently took part in both my university (Arts University Bournemouth) degree show and New Designers, mentioned in this post. I found these to be good experiences, allowing me to exhibit my work work in somewhat controlled conditions, with support of tutors and peers throughout both shows.
An advantage of exhibiting at New Designers, especially, was that I could look around the other universities work gaining inspiration and appreciating how the work was produced. I feel this has given me the motivational boost I needed to begin creating further designs both for my collaborative project and my own ideas.
The other work shown in the photograph of the stand at New Designers is that of my fellow students that were also on the Textiles degree course at the Arts University Bournemouth, profiles can be viewed on the AUB website here.
Thanks for reading.
